Axel Rudakubana

Axel Rudakubana murdered six-year-old Bebe King, seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, and nine-year old Alice da Silva Aguiar, at a dance class in Southport on 29 July 2024. He stabbed them to death with a kitchen knife, also attempting to murder eight other children and two adults in an Islamic terrorist attack. He was born in Wales to Rwandan immigrants. He was found to possess ricin and have studied an Al‑Qaida training manual, suggesting he planned to kill many more. In 2025 Rudakubana convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 52 years imprisonment.
