Eltiona Skana

Eltiona Skana killed 7-year-old Emily Jones in Bolton on 22 March 2020. She grabbed Emily from her scooter in Queen’s Park and slit her throat with a craft knife. She was born in Albanian and lied about being trafficked into the UK in order to gain asylum. In 2020 Skana was convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 10 years and eight months imprisonment.
