Michael Adebolajo, Michael Adebowale

Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale murdered 25-year-old Fusilier Lee Rigby in Woolwich, London, on 22 May 2013. They drove at, ran over and stabbed and hacked Lee to death with knives and a cleaver while attempting to decapitate the soldier in an Islamic terrorist attack. Both were born in England and converted to Islam. In 2014 Adebolajo and Adebowale were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment.
