Steven Barker

Steven Barker tortured and murdered his 17-month-old stepson Peter Connelly in Haringey, London, in August 2007. He inflicted over 50 injuries, including a broken back and ribs, through repeated beatings and neglect. In 2008 Barker was convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 12 years imprisonment.

In 2010 he was convicted of raping a two-year-old girl in 2007 and sentenced to a further 12 years.
